Hair Loss Causes
The most vital cause of hair loss is insufficient nutrition. Persons lacking in vitamin B6 lose their hair and those lacking in folic acid often become totally bald. But the hair grows generally after the liberal intake of these vitamins.
Other important causes of hair loss are stress such as worry, anxiety, and unexpected shock, general weakness caused by severe or long standing illnesses like typhoid, syphilis, chronic cold, influenza, and anaemia; an unclean situation of the scalp which weakens the hair roots by jamming the pores with the collected dirt; and heredity
One should not wash the hair with too hot water since it makes hair to fall. Take care that you should not wash the hair more than twice a week. If you use any hair-shampoo, go for herbal and use milder shampoo. One should not comb the hair backwards and should use good quality combs or brushes. One should avoid excessive combing.
Give regular massages to your scalp and hair with lukewarm oil at least twice a month. You can choose coconut oil, olive oil or almond oil for your hair. You can even mix these oil and apply the solution on your hair.
Whipped eggs mixed in curd and henna powder help in preventing hair fall.
Eat healthy diet including green vegetables, dairy products and fruits.
Make a natural hair pack by mixing Indian gooseberry powder with an egg. Apply it onto the hair and allow for about 30 minutes before rinsing.
One of the most trusted home remedies for hair loss include drinking about one tsp of Apple cider vinegar. But one has to remember that such quantity of apple cider vinegar is not to be taken all alone. This is to be taken in concentrated form since vinegar is highly concentrated. For this, take the said quantity of apple cider vinegar and mix it with 1 glassful of plain normal water. Consume this medicated solution during meals. This is to be done for about 2-3 weeks to get maximum results. Apple cider vinegar has properties to keep hair strong and healthy.
The application of coconut milk all over the scalp and rubbing it into the hair roots is also useful in the treatment of hair loss. It feeds the hair and endorses hair growth. Coconut milk is made by crushing the coconut shavings and squeezing them well.
never comb your hair when there are wet,the root of the hairs are the weakest when there are wet, also excess usage of hair dryer will damage the hairs.
Add 6-8 drops of lemon juice to an egg. Beat well and apply on your hair followed by washing with a herbal shampoo.

Mustard oil boiled with heena (mehndi) leaves is useful for the healthy growth of hair
Mix curd, lemon and mustard oil, apply gently on hair and wash your head after about half an hour.
Two tablespoons of fenugreek (methi) seeds soaked overnight in water. The softened seeds should be grounded into a fine paste in the morning and applied over the scalp & left for half an hour and then washed thoroughly. This is highly affective to remove dandruff.
Add few leaves Hibiscus (China rose) to a glass of water. Heat it. The juice of a lime should be squeezed in the sieved mixture and it should be applied to the hair before shampooing.
Take amla (100gm), shikaki (100gm), brahmi booti (10gm), shilajit (1/2 gm), anaarchhilka (20gm), bhringraj (10 gm). Soak them overnight in an iron utensil. Blend and make a paste. Apply well into the scalp. Keep it for 1-2 hours and wash it off with warm water.
