Obesity is excess accumulation of fat tissues beyond the limitation of the skeletal and muscular requirement.
Almost obesity is a hereditary problem but due to excess use of fatty items in routine diet may cause this disease. In obesity fat begins to deposit over abdomen, hips and in between muscles and body weight increases.
Non-avoidance from fatty items in daily routine diet and lack of exercise alsoe causes obesity . Persons do not perform his proper works as usual, so it results in back bones starts to ache due to increasing abdominal pains, leg pains, due to increase in general body weight.
Obesity is the vital nutritional or the metabolic disorder where the percentage of fat tissue (adipose tissue) increases disproportionately owing in imbalance of energy intake and energy expenditure. Sedentary lifestyle along with excessive calorie consumption is the main cause of Obesity. Obesity may leads to Diabetes, Low HDL cholesterol, Hypertriglyceridemia CAD, Hypertension, Osteo-arthritis, Gynecological problems, etc.
- Safoof Mohazil 5gm with 20 ml Arq Zeera twice a day
- Take 5ml Shahad (Honey) with one cup of water and drink at morning in empty stomach
- Neebu Ras(Lemon juice) is quite effective for obesity patients. 5-10 ml of Nembu ras is mixed with one glass of water and should be taken on empty stomach in the morning. The mix is very useful for melting of adipose tissue from the body as well as weight loss. However, it is recommended to take the above mix once a day, otherwise, the person may experience loose motion or some digestive problems .

- One gram of Luke –e-Maghsool may be taken with water in the morning for getting positive impacts for obesity.
